Your Next Remodel

Remodels don’t have to have large budgets and take a lot of time. Sometimes, all you need is a kitchen or bathroom facelift. We do this by changing the flooring, renovating the drywall and swapping out light fixtures. We also do any cosmetic updates like painting the space, reframing the windows or remodeling your plumbing fixtures.

Adding in Openings

Some homes feel cramped because of where the openings are in their walls. The Cortese team can open up this space for you by swapping windows and doors, creating new openings or removing walls. These small projects can turn your house into a beautiful, open-concept home with lots of room. If you have an idea, let us know, and we’ll get started.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My home was built in 1968... so you can imagine the work that needed to be done to modernize the kitchen. It was a complete gut-job, including tearing down adjacent walls to create an open flow. We all have options for companies to perform kitchen renovations, but if you want it done right... and with a great, professional crew... there really is no other option but Cortese Construction. Our new space will be enjoyed by friends and family for many years to come... Thank you to Steve and Joe, specifically, on the Cortese crew for making the renovation such an awesome experience. They spent a good amount of time in our home that I now consider them family - you guys can come have a drink at any time!
Thak you, Cortese!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Cortese did a wonderful job renovating two bathrooms. We were very impressed with their project management capabilities. We had a dream team of skilled and hard working people performing the work. They were punctual, starting EVERY day at 8:00 AM sharp and they seemed genuinely happy at their work. We highly recommend Cortese for home improvement projects.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I cannot express how wonderful the process of working with Cortese construction has been so far. While my addition is not done yet I am beyond grateful for Tyler going above and beyond to help me get the process moving within the HMO I live in. The board has been giving me a tough time and Tyler came to a meeting and answered all the questions they had for him. I am excited to see the finished product and glad that they have been able to help me through the process.
