Cacio e Pepe is a one pan pasta that will warm your heart. A simple pasta consisting of cheese and pepper; it is a comforting dish for those snowy winter nights.
Pasta, eggs, cheese and pancetta come together in this ultimate Italian favorite: carbonara. Alla matriciana (in Romanesco dialect) is a traditional Italian pasta sauce based on guanciale (cured pork cheek), pecorino cheese from Amatrice, tomato and, in some variations, onion.
